Serving suggestions
You can have it once or twice daily or as directed by Physician. Take 1 Tea Bag (3gm) Ayush Kwath and infuses it in 150 ml of boiled water and consumes it like tea or a hot drink. You can add jaggery/draksha (raisins) and/or lemon juice with it for sweetness/taste.
Brewing instructions:
All our Ayush Kwath, in tea bags or loose leaf, can be re-brewed. Just add hot water and steep for longer than first cup.
